(KAIR) -- A 23-year-old Atchison woman is in custody for allegedly breaking into a home in northern Atchison County over the weekend.
Sheriff Jack Laurie says Deputies took Kurrie Albright into custody on Tuesday.

Laurie says no one was home at the time of the incident and Albright was booked on the charges of burglary and theft.
Albright remains in the Atchison County Jail.
