(KLZA)- A June 15th preliminary hearing is now set for 27 year old Hiawatha man charged with a pair of felony child abuse charges in Richardson County.
Jeffrey Landon was arrested in Falls City on March 15th.
He is charged with knowingly or intentionally causing or permitting a minor child to be placed in a situation endangering the life or physical or mental health of the child.
Landon is accused of allowing a child to hang half way out the passenger window of a moving vehicle with no child restraint in use.
Landon is currently free on 45-hundred dollars bond.
