( KNZA )-A 22-year-old Hiawatha man charged in connection with several burglaries last summer in Sabetha has entered into a plea agreement.
Ryan Massengill pleaded no contest Thursday in Nemaha County District Court to an amended complaint charging him with two counts of burglary.
Massengill had originally been charged with aggravated burglary, burglary and three counts of theft.
Sentencing was set for May 30th.
He was arrested in March following an investigation by the Sabetha Police Department.
Massengill was released Thursday on a $5,000 OR bond after it was modified from $50,000.
