(KLZA) Bryan S. Wiles of Auburn has been sentenced to a period of one year in the Nemaha County, Nebraska jail on each of two Class I misdemeanor counts in Nemaha County, Nebraska.
Wiles was sentenced on a charge of Assault in The Third Degree and a charge with Attempted Strangulation.
Work release and medical release was granted in the case so Wiles may continue to attend counseling sessions and attend Offender Accountability Class through the Community Justice Center in Lincoln at the Sheriff’s discretion.
Wiles was also ordered to pay $182 in court costs.
