(KAIR) -- One vote.
That was the margin Ozawkie Mayor Steve Stanton was re-elected to following a recount last week by a special Jefferson County election board.
Stanton defeated write-in candidate Mark Larson 51 to 50.
The recount came following discrepancies discovered in voting tabulation earlier this month during the general municipal election.
