(KAIR) -- The Effingham City Council Wednesday evening will look at possible adjustments to gas and electric franchise fees.
The council will also continue their discussion on the merger of the Effingham and Rural Fire District Two, as well as the negotiations with Haug Communications for broadband internet services.
The will meet at seven at city hall.
