(KLZA) The Humboldt City Council has approved an interlocal agreement with Richardson County for the repair of a bridge on the east edge of Humboldt, jointly owned by the city and county.
The council approved the agreement Tuesday evening, which was presented by Richardson County Highway Superintendent Scott Huppert.
The cost of the bridge repairs, estimated at $145,174, will be split evenly between the city and county.
In other business, the Council decided to move forward with an agreement with Southeast Nebraska Development District on nuisance abatements.
