Snow Threat Forces Hiawatha Precautions
( KNZA )--Despite the expected winter storm not yet having arrived, the City of Hiawatha is already taking precautions, asking that motorists remove vehicles from the city's snow routes by the end of business hours Wednesday night.
The city’s snow routes are as follows:
Oregon Street from 1st to Hopi Drive
Sixth Street from Delaware to Utah
Seventh Street from Delaware to Utah
Delaware from 6th to 7th
Utah Street from 6th to 7th
First Street from north city limits to south city limits
Miami Street from 1st to 12th
Iowa Street from 1st to Hopi
12th Street from US 36 to Oregon
