(KLZA) A 31 year old rural Shubert, Nebraska woman who had been sought by Richardson County authorities is in custody.
Meagan Ivey turned herself in at the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department in Auburn Monday, paid a $350 bond and was then transferred to Richardson County.
Ivey was wanted in Richardson County for failing to appear in court on several occasions for charges including possession of a controlled substance, violating a protection order, stalking and criminal trespass.
In Nemaha County, Nebraska, Ivey was wanted for failure to appear in court on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Last week, the Richardson County Sheriff’s Department sought the public’s help in locating Ivey.
