JCN Holds Public Hearing on Bond Initiative
01/24/2013

(KAIR) -- Around 30 to 40 residents of the Jefferson County North school district attended a public hearing Wednesday evening on a potential bond issue that may be presented to voters in April.

Superintendent Denise Jennings says most of the 75 minute session consisted of questions and answers, including asking for more specifics on the potential renovations to the track and concession stands.

Citizens then went with Jennings to tour the Winchester campus.

Another special meeting was set for February 7th in an effort to gain more public input.
