( KNZA )A car stolen from a residence in Sabetha last month has been recovered, but the suspect driver, wanted by Sabetha Police, remains on the run.
According to Sabetha Police Chief Robert Wahwasuck, the blue, 1991 Toyota Camry was recovered in Saint Joseph, Missouri days after it was reported missing on December 24th.
28-year-old Jacinto “Cacho” Ramirez is believed to have been behind the wheel of the car when it was stolen. He's identified as a Hispanic male standing 5 foot 9, weighing
215 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Known to frequent the areas of Sabetha and Hiawatha, investigators believe Ramirez is currently staying in Saint Joseph or Topeka.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to notify Sabetha Police at 785-284-2158.
