(KLZA) 31 year old Megan Ivey of Falls City appeared in Richardson County Court Monday facing charges in four different cases.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 6th on a Class 4 felony charge of Terroristic Threats.
Ivey entered a plea of not guilty to class I misdemeanor charges of violation of a protection order and stalking. She also entered a not guilty plea to a class 3 misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass. In this case her next court appearance in January 28th.
In another case Ivey appeared on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a class 4 felony charge. A preliminary hearing in this case is scheduled for February 6th.
In the final case Ivey faces class I misdemeanor charges of violation of a protection order and stalking and a class 3 misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass. Her next court appearance in this case will be January 28th.
