(KLZA) 52 year old Robert Hendricks of Falls City was arraigned in Richardson County District Court last week on amended information on three, Class III felony charges, including Possession with intent to distribute, deliver or dispense a controlled substance; being a prohibited person in possession of a deadly weapon and a charge of possessing a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
Hendricks entered a plea of not guilty to the charges. A jury trial has been scheduled for February 20th. Bond was continued.
