(KMZA)--A 32-year-old Falls City woman remains in custody, held on numerous charges, including a weapons violation, following her early Tuesday morning arrest by Sabetha Police.
Police Chief Robert Wahwasuck says Amie Hart was taken into custody following her refusal to stop for police(Play Audio)
It was then that police found suspected illegal items and learned that Hart was wanted on a Brown County warrant(Play Audio)
Along with possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and the weapon, Hart also faces charges for fleeing and eluding as well as criminal damage to property.
She was booked into the Nemaha County Jail, awaiting bond to be set.
