(KLZA) The Richardson County Sheriff’s Department assisted the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force Tuesday morning in apprehending a wanted sex offender from the state of Delaware.
The Marshal’s Task Force had tracked Roger Price to a residence in Rulo. Price whose age was not made available was wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. Price is believed to have been in the Rulo area for several weeks.
After the apprehension, Price was transported by the U.S. Marshals to Omaha. Proceedings in this action will take place in Federal Court.
