(KAIR) -- A 24-year-old Atchison man is out on bond after allegedly breaking into a relative’s home in rural Atchison County while they were asleep.
Atchison County Sheriff John Calhoon says Matthew Sollars was arrested by deputies Friday evening.

Sollars was booked on the charges of aggravated burglary, criminal damage and misdemeanor theft.
He was able to post a 20 thousand dollar bond Saturday evening and will make his next appearance in court on October 12th.
