( KNZA )- A Bern man is facing charges of burglary and theft.
69-year-old Leon Mosteller was arrested Wednesday by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department on a Nemaha County warrant.
According to the sheriff’s department, Mosteller is accused of breaking into a shed on July 30th at 755 E Road in rural Centralia and taking more than 11-hundred dollars worth of items.
Mosteller is currently free on a $5,000 surety bond and is to appear in court October 16th at 10 a.m.
