( KNZA )-- A Hiawatha teenager has been sentenced to 52 months in prison on child sex charges.
Dylan Dodge was sentenced Monday in Brown County District Court to 34 months in prison on a charge of indecent liberties with a child and to 18 months in prison on a charge of indecent solicitation of a child.
The sentences were ordered to be served consecutively.
Dodge pleaded no contest to the charges in April, which were contained in an amended complaint filed in March.
He had originally been charged with a single count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child born in 1997.
Dodge was arrested in September of last year following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
