(KTNC) - A Falls City woman faces felony charges after she was arrested last week.
Twenty-six year-old Christina Fouraker was arrested after she was pulled over by Richardson County Sheriff’s Deputies at 16th and Valley last Tuesday evening.
Fouraker had been wanted on a Richardson County warrant for strangulation. The strangulation charge is in relation to a domestic incident that occurred several months ago in Salem, between Fouraker and her boyfriend. A warrant was issued for her arrest after Fouraker failed to appear for her initial court appearance.
Additional charges filed against her following the traffic stop include driving on a suspended license, having no proof of insurance, and a child safety restraint violation.
Christina Fouraker was booked into the Richardson County Jail following her arrest, and has since posted bond. She is due in Richardson County Court for a preliminary hearing on August 30th.
