(KAIR) -- A 27-year-old rural Atchison man is in custody on multiple charges after a disturbance at his residence Wednesday evening.
Atchison County Sheriff John Calhoon explains the arrest of Anthony Pennington.

Pennington remains in Atchison County Jail on 15 thousand dollars bond and will make his next appearance in court on August 24th.
The court also ordered that he have no contact with the alleged victim.
