(KLZA) During a lengthy meeting Monday night the Auburn City Council heard an update on the City Budget from Mayor Scott Kudrna.
Mayor Kudrna said that while the valuation is unknown at this time, but he is hoping the valuations increase in the community. The Mayor talks about some of the preliminary figures the city is working with in planning the budget for the next fiscal year. ( play audio :53 seconds )
There were other budget items that were discussed. Some of them are projects that won’t necessarily be completed in the next fiscal year, but still need funds. ( play audio :58 seconds )
Mayor Kudrna also noted that Auburn’s bond payment situation is scheduled to be getting better over the next couple of years. ( play audio :27 seconds )
