( KNZA )--A young Horton man charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child waives his preliminary hearing.
19-year-old Brandon Negonsott was bound over to Brown County District Court Wednesday for arraignment on September 10th.
Negonsott is accused of engaging in unlawful sexual intercourse with a child born in 1996.
He was arrested in May following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
Negonsott is currently free on $50,000 bond.
