(KLAZ) The Pawnee County Commissioners will meet at 9 a-m Tuesday at the Courthouse in Pawnee City.
Agenda items include discussion on a class action settlement on purchases from January 1, 1992 to August 18th, 2011 with County Attorney Vic Faesser.
Highway Superintendent Chris Rauner will meet with the Board at 10 a-m. The probation office budget request of $1,328 with no increases will be reviewed; the Handibus agreement with Pawnee City will be reviewed and the Pawnee County Ag Society request for $27,000 for their 2012-13 fiscal year budget will be discussed.
Other possible action items include an appointment to the Veterans Service Committee from Burchard American Legion Post #156.
