The City of Hiawatha plans to start chip and sealing streets Monday, July 2nd and continuing through July 9th, weather permitting.
This year, Pawnee through Delaware Streets will be chip and sealed.
The city is asking residents to have all vehicles removed from the streets during the duration of the project.
If vehicles are not removed, they will be towed at the owner’s expense. Crews will be starting at 7:00 in the morning. Your asked to have your vehicle removed prior to that time.
