Delaware WRAPS meeting
The Delaware River Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy (WRAPS) will hold a meeting on June 26 at 9:00 am in Holton, KS. The meeting will be held at the “All Around Sweets ‘N Eats” establishment located on the west side of the Square in Holton. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
Brandon Wilson, County Executive Director for the Nemaha County Farm Services Agency will meet with the WRAPS group to discuss conservation programs. Also on the agenda is an update on the Delaware River Streambank Restoration Program, cover crop initiatives and other Delaware River WRAPS programs. Plans for upcoming cost share programs and available funding will also be discussed.
