23 year old Tobias Jochum of Falls City has entered a plea of not guilty to four counts of possession of a controlled substance in Richardson County District Court. All four counts are Class IV felonies.
A jury trial has been scheduled for September 12th. Bond was continued.
Jochum was charged after the Falls City Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 call at his home in December of last year, reporting a possible overdose. Jochum was unresponsive and not breathing when officers arrived. He was transported to Community Medical Center in Falls City for treatment.
Jochum was allegedly in possession of Oxymorphone, Methamphetamine, Hydrocodone and Oxycodone when law enforcement officials entered his home.
