New Financial Aid Director Hired at HCC
Christi Waggoner has been hired as the new Director of Financial Aid at Highland Community College. Currently Director of the Student Support Services federal grant at the College, Waggoner will begin her new duties on May 21. A graduate of Highland High School, Waggoner is also an alumna of the College. She then completed a bachelor’s degree at Missouri Western State University and a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Pittsburg State University. She has worked as a school counselor in two different school districts and a Student Development Specialist with a federal grant at Northwest Missouri State University. Waggoner has directed the Student Support Services program at the College since the Fall of 2010.
