Clem Burglary Case LIkely Nearing Resolution

Attorneys are close to reaching a plea agreement involving a Huron man facing numerous felony charges in connection with a burglary reported in January of this year.

Atchison County Attorney Gerald Kuckelman said the case against 21-year-old Jacob Clem is nearing a resolution. The announcement came in Atchison County Court Friday morning.
Clem is accused of breaking into a residence in Atchison County on January 17th. He faces felony burglary and theft charges stemming from that incident, as well as felony obstruction and felony “giving a false alarm”. Those charges are related to the execution of the warrant for his arrest.           
Clem is scheduled to appear in court on May 2nd.
