Water usage in the City of Horton returns to normal.
That follows the morning lifting of a boil order that had been put into place due to water line work.
On Wednesday, completion of the installation of a new water main line, in the city's northwest section, moved forward, meaning full disconnect of water.
Because of that, certain areas of Horton were told to boil water that would be consumed.
However, no contaminants are discovered and usage can return to normal.
