A former Elwood police officer facing sex charges involving two teens remains in the Doniphan County jail on $100,000 bond.
Brian Vincent made his first appearance in Doniphan County Court Monday on two felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Vincent is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of eavesdropping by unlawful use of a camera phone.
A preliminary hearing was tentatively set for next Tuesday.
According to court documents, the alleged offenses occurred between November 2007 and July 2010.
Vincent was arrested last Friday by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
