A 56 year old Atchison man will head to a jury trial on two felony motor vehicle theft charges.
Prosecution will present their case on May 1st against Nathaniel Burnett.
Burnett was arrested in late November by Atchison Police for allegedly taking two disabled vehicles and selling them to a Kansas City, Kansas auto salvage yard on two occasions that month.
He is out on five thousand dollars bond.
