A 42 year old Atchison man opts for preliminary hearing on two counts of both aggravated sexual battery and aggravated burglary Friday in Atchison County Court.
Kevin Simmons will have the prelim April 24th on the charges.
He was arrested in late January by Atchison police after a November report by a 39 year old female that Simmons allegedly broke into a woman’s home in northwest Atchison on September 17th and October 6th 2011 and allegedly committed unlawful touching in a sexual manner by force to that woman.
Simmons is out on 75 thousand dollars bond.
