KAIR Radio in Atchison, KS is seeking an energetic team player ready for the broadcast world of news. Must have a desire to learn and a grasp of what it takes to deliver today's news in a fast-paced, professional, ethical manner. Part time position would require in-studio and on-site news gathering, proper news writing, and on-air reporting. People and writing skills are a must, as well as a working knowledge of computers, web-sites, and social media. Prior experience is preferred but the right candidate would be considered. Hours are not necessarily set, with evening and some weekend news coverage required.
