The Northeast Kansas Area Agency on Aging, Inc. has openings for contracted case managers. These are home-based positions. The Area Agency on Aging covers Atchison, Brown, Doniphan, Jackson, Nemaha, Marshall and Washington counties. The successful candidates will possess the following: Degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in gerontology, nursing, health, social work, counseling, human development, family studies, or a registered nurse licensed to practice in Kansas; a minimum of one year experience in gerontology, nursing, health, social work, case management or related field; excellent written and oral communication skills; and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to obtain professional liability insurance.
