Tim Zinn, 88, of Falls City, NE, passed away August 14, 2025 at Falls City. He was born February 20, 1937 at Falls City to Timmie and Bessie (Adkinson) Zinn

He married Janice Wright on May 27, 1956 at Falls City. She passed away July 16, 2023.

Tim was raised in Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1955. He went to barber college in Omaha and returned to Falls City where he had a practice for sixteen years. He then became a turkey buyer for Falls City Creamer for four years, hauled mail for two years on the Star Route and then was a conductor for the Union Pacific Railroad for nine years and then worked for Am-Trak for seventeen years, retiring in 2004. He was a baseball fan and coached baseball for many years. In retirement, he worked part-time at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home. He was a member of First Christian Church.

Tim is survived by his daughters, Patricia Kimmel of Clinton, WA, Lisa Zinn of Council Bluffs, IA, brother, Michael and his wife Pat of Galveston, TX, grandchildren, Jordan Bumstead and her children, Lincoln and Nolan, and Kelsey Kimmel. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Steele Cemetery.
