Leslie A. Lines, 78, of Sabetha, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the Apostolic Christian Home in Sabetha, Kansas where she resided for the past five years. She was born on March 2, 1946, in Sabetha, Kansas, the daughter of Raymond and Marge (Gosche) Lines.

Leslie attended school in Sabetha and graduated from Sabetha High School in 1964. After graduation, she attended the University of St. Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas where she received a degree in elementary education. She taught at Rose Hill School in Shawnee Mission, Kansas from 1968 until she retired in 2002.

Leslie is survived by a cousin, Peggy Domina of Corinth, Texas; a step sister-in-law, Mary Ann Mock of Topeka, Kansas; several step nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sabetha. Prior to the Mass, a visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Inurnment will be made in the Sabetha Cemetery.
