Dennis Liechti, 71, of Elwood, Kansas passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024, at his home.

Dennis was born on August 6, 1953, in St. Joseph, Missouri to Norman W. and Mona Kendall Liechti.

Dennis graduated from Elwood High School in 1971. He attended Cornerstone Church, Savannah, Missouri. Dennis was a supervisor and worked for Herzog, for 41 years.

Dennis married Nancy Goodwin on March 12, 1977, in Elwood, Kansas. She preceded him in death on September 14, 2017. He was also preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ronald and Bill Liechti, sisters, Jean Vincent and Joan Frump.

Survivors: son, Matthew Liechti (Mary),

Grandsons, Austin, Colt and Abram.

Sister, Marietta Burchett.

Numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 28, 2024.

At the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home in Wathena, Kansas.

Visitation: 5-7 P.M. Friday evening at the funeral home. Friends may call after 10 A.M. Friday.

Burial: Bellemont Cemetery, Wathena, Kansas.
