Bryan David Spiker

Bryan David Spiker, 56, of Topeka, KS, formerly of Holton, KS, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Midland Hospice Care in Topeka. He was born December 26, 1965 in Topeka, KS, the son of Quentin Boyd and Rebecca Rose (Davis) Spiker.

          Bryan graduated from Holton High School in 1984 and attended Kaw Valley Vo-Tech. He was a fork-lift driver for Mars Chocolate Factory. He also had worked for Wilde Tool Company in Hiawatha, CJ Foods in Sabetha and BMB in Holton.

          Bryan had a love for fishing and the outdoors.

          Survivors include his honorary sister, Sandra Walker (Jessie) of the home; 4 daughters, Elizabeth M. “Shelly” Smith of Hiawatha, KS, Beckey Stark (Stephanie) of Salina, KS, Crystal Funk (Steven) of Topeka, KS and Jessica Miller of Perry, KS; son, Andrew J. Miller of Perry, KS; sister, Coleen Spiker-Wilson (Steven) of Warsaw, MO; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren 3 nieces, 2 nephews, 6 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.

          He was preceded in death by his parents, Quentin and Rebecca Spiker.

          Family will greet friends 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 17, 2022 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Graveside Service will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, January 17, 2022, following the visitation at Granada Cemetery. Bryan will lie in state Sunday, January 16, 2022 at the funeral home from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Memorials may be given to the Mercer Funeral Home to help with expenses, P.O.
