Ed Bauman, 66, of Falls City, NE, passed away August 24, 2020 at Lincoln, NE. He was born June 1, 1954 at Falls City to Charles and Verna (Curfman) Bauman

Ed was raised at Falls City and graduated Falls City High School in 1972. He began working at the Atchison, KS Grain Elevator, following a work accident he became disabled and has lived in Falls City since, except for living in Topeka for a few years. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Ed is survived by his daughters, Tonya Griepenstroh and her husband Glen Duerfeldt of Syracuse, NE and children, Braiden Kendall and Chad Deurfeldt, Shawna Rodd and her husband Sam of Liberty, MO and Tarcis and Taryn Coronado, Roberto Angel and Bailey Rhodd. Cierra Zirjacks and her husband Hysom of Joplin, MO and children, Wyatt and Abigail Johnson, Kynlee Zirjacks and Aubree Johnson, Sabrina Tillman and her husband Tim of Topeka, KS and children, Haley, Hayden and Hunter Barta, brothers, Danny and Randy of Topeka, sisters, Barbara Heaton and Tenna Morton and her husband Robert both of York, NE. He was preceded in death by his his parents, son, Roy, sister, Marvel Roland and a great-grandson, Justyn Murdock.

His funeral will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home. Interment will be in Steele Cemetery.

Open visitation and viewing will begin Wednesday afternoon until 7:00 PM and Thursday from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
