Mary Margaret Blanton, 77 of Horton, Kansas, passed away at her home, on Thursday, March 19, 2020.

Mary was born on May 31, 1942 in Cheyboygan, Michigan the daughter of Louis and Genevieve Passeno LaLond. Mary was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, her dogs and gardening.

Survivors include her husband, Sam Blanton of the home, Horton, Kansas; three sons, Bill Long of Cameron, Missouri, Chris Long of Horton, Kansas and Louis Blanton of Horton, Kansas; daughter, Pebble Hare of Horton, Kansas; brother, Bobby LaLond of Cheyboygan, Michigan; two sisters, Iris Spencer of Otsego, Michigan and Susie Pardington of Rochester Hills, Michigan; seventeen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Mary  Haverkamp and a son, Sammie Blanton.
