Cora Belle Yount, 100, Oregon, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019. 
    She was born March 18, 1919 in Craig, Missouri.
    Cora married Burdette Dallas Yount May 24, 1941; he preceded her in death on April 21, 1982.
    She was a member of several churches, including Fortescue Methodist Church, Deer Park United Methodist Church which Cora was a member of their quilting circle, and Mound City United Methodist Church. 
    Cora was a Girl Scout and 4H leader and a Sunday school teacher. 
    She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Dollie (Golden) Barker; son, Jackie Carl Yount; grandson, Jerrett Yount; sisters, Leona Haer, Hazel Rother, Dorothy Carlson, Addie Waldon, Catherine Tubbs, and Lucille Stull.
    Survivors include son, Dallas “Jim” Yount (Cindy), Jerry “J.D.” Yount (Jean); daughters, Judy Hood (John), Janie Rivera (Dan); 5 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-greatgrandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
    Farewell Services 1:00 P.M. Friday, Pettijohn & Crawford Family Funeral Service. Interment I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Craig, MO. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service.
