Ruth (McCullough) Gentert, age 89 of Brownville, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Society-Auburn.

Survivors include her children and spouses Robert and Kathy Gentert of Brownville; Roger and Sharon Gentert of Wendell, ID; Raylene and Jack Dunn of Stella; Rebecca and Tom Fousek of McLouth, KS; Rhonda and Marlin Joy of Stella; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Lois Whitney of Hastings; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, October 29, 10:30 a.m. at the Brownville Christian Church.  Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 6:00 to 8:00.  Ruth’s body will be cremated following the service, and private family burial of ashes will be later at Walnut Grove Cemetery at Brownville.

Memorials are suggested to the Brownville Christian Church.
