Randy Servaes, 60, Atchison, Kansas, passed away peacefully June 18, 2019, at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. in the chapel of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with Rev. Jeremy Heppler, OSB as officiant. Interment will follow in Sumner Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Friday, June 21st from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Fleming-Jackson-Seever Post #6 of the American Legion and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom care has been entrusted.

Randy was born April 14, 1959, in Atchison, Kansas, the son of Eugene and Sally (Anthony) Servaes. He attended Potter Grade School and graduated from Atchison County Community High School.

He and Mary Celeste Fladung, were united in marriage on May 24, 1982, in Atchison, Kansas.

Randy served as a dozer operator. He enjoyed traveling, playing cards at the American Legion, and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He always enjoyed a good fish fry with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Servaes of the couple’s home in Atchison, a daughter, Celeste (Jason) Pantle, Cummings, KS, a son, Hunter (Cassie) Servaes, Atchison, KS, his mother, Sally Servaes, a brother, Tony Servaes, Atchison, KS, two sisters, Terry Cave, Atchison, KS, Kim (Phil) Weatherford, Atchison, KS, and two grandchildren, Audrey Pantle and Finn Servaes.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Servaes.
