Frances Louise McClintock, 79 of Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019 in Lincoln, Nebraska.  She was born on February 1,1940 to Clyde and Hettie (Mitchell) (Dobson) Gibson in Iowa City, Iowa.

She attended school at Shenandoah Public Schools.

Frances married Clarence McClintock on May 17, 1959 at the Methodist Church in Pawnee City.  To this union three children were born, Diane, Shelly and Jeff.

Frances worked at several Cafe’s while her kids were in school.  She worked at the Pawnee Manor in Housekeeping than went to work at the Pawnee Hospital until she retired.

She was a EMT for the county for many years.  Frances also worked as a CNA at the Humboldt Hospital for many years.

After Frances retired she enjoyed reading and doing word games.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, mother-in-law and father-in-law, sisters, Pauline Conley and Alice Gibson, brothers, Rex, Max, Bob and sister-in-law Mary, brother-in-law, Elmon Conley.

Frances is survived her husband, Clarence of Pawnee City, NE, children, Diane Haug (Roger) of Soldier, KS, Shelly McClintock (Jon White) of Kansas, Jeff McClintock (Tammy) of Pawnee City, NE, grandchildren, Amanda Claeys (Ryan) of Axtell, KS, Michelle Haug of Overland Park, KS, John McClintock of Hays, KS, Dustin Braddock of York, NE, April Bonertz (Cody) of Papillion, Karli Roberts (Andy) of Carroll, NE, Trevor McClintock (Crista) of Pawnee City, NE, Lyndsi McClintock of Garland, TX, great-grandchildren, Barrett Bonertz, Jensen, Raylan, Easton and Tate Roberts, sister, Doris Root (Eldon) of New Virginia, IA.

Services 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Wherry Mortuary, 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska. Officiating Pastor Connor Barr.  Visitation on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family greeting friends from 5-7 p.m. at Wherry Mortuary, Pawnee City.  Interment at the Pawnee City Cemetery, Pawnee City.  Memorials to Disabled Veterans.
