Shirley (Cluck) Carpenter Weidner, 84, of St. Joseph, Missouri formerly of Doniphan County, Kansas, died Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the home of her daughter.

Shirley was born on August 14, 1933 in Severance, Kansas to Alva and Bessie (Harrison) Cluck. She was a christian.

Shirley married Ralph Carpenter, Jr. on February 16, 1951 in Troy, Kansas. He preceded her in death on August 5, 1966. She was also preceded in death by her parents and an infant .

Survivors include her children; Ed Carpenter of Troy, Kansas Ted (Fuz) Carpenter (Sherri) of St. Joseph, Missouri Kathy Bloss (Earl) , Peggy Sutton (Wayne), Rhonda Coy (Royce), Brenda Tracy (Luke), Tori Linebarger all of St. Joseph, Missouri Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends Brothers; Butch Cluck of Troy, Kansas, Warren Cluck of St. Joseph, Missouri, Bud Cluck of Kansas City, Missouri Sister, Georgie Thornton of Huxley, Iowa
