Carrie Cuma Juhl, 51, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family & friends on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the Mosaic Life Care of St. Joseph, Missouri.

Carrie was born on February 8, 1966 in Aurora, Colorado to George & Donna (Ratliff) Shoemaker.

She worked for Burger King for 26years & Aramark at the Missouri Western University.

Carrie married Lance Juhl on May 29, 1992 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He survives of the home.

She was preceded in death by her father, brother, Brad Shoemaker, step-father, Wilford “Budge” George & father-in-law, Wallace Juhl.

Her dogs, Blaze, Molly, Titan & Josie;
Mother, Donna Elder of St. Joseph, Missouri;
Sisters, Cindy Wolf of St. Joseph, Missouri;

Mother-in-law, Nellie Juhl of Wathena, Kansas;
Sisters-in-law, Tonya Keller (Dan) of Troy, Kansas;
Mitzi Zeller (Eric) of Excelsior Springs, Missouri;
Brynn Young (Chad) of Wathena, Kansas;
Numerous nieces, nephews & friends.

Memorial Service: 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 9, 2017
At the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home in Wathena, Kansas.
Visitation: 6-8 Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Inurnment: Zion United Evangelical Cemetery, Wathena, Kansas.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Troy Christian Church, Troy, Kansas, Zion United Evangelical Church, Wathena, Kansas or the Mosaic Cancer Center Patient Assistance Fund (cancer patients with anything they might need, wigs, scarves, etc.).
