Paul Leon Millenbruch, 83, of Hoyt, KS passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at his home. He was born December 29, 1933 in rural Mayetta, KS the son of George Edwin and Dorothy Edith (Starkey) Millenbruch.

Paul attended Carbon and Miller country schools.He had lived in Mayetta since 1971 and had moved to Hoyt in 2013. He was a carpenter for over 35 years, working for Local #1445.

Paul was a member of the First Christian Church in Holton since 1950 and a member of Carpenter’s Union Local #1445.

He married Karen Wolfe on December 29, 1967 in Hiawatha. She survives of the home. Other survivors include a sister, Carolyn Rice of Murphy, NC; many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Ira “Corky” and Louis Millenbruch who passed on January 15, 2017.

Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the First Christian Church in Holton. Inurnment will follow in the Holton Cemetery.  Mercer Funeral Home in Holton is in charge of arrangements.
