Lynn Edward Tawzer, 69, of Horton, Kansas passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at the Mission Village Living Center in Horton, Kansas.

He was born on February 7, 1947 in Sabetha, Kansas the son of James and Margaret Bauer Tawzer. Lynn worked as a mechanic for many years.

On June 26, 1984 he married Betty Smith at Seneca, Kansas. She preceded him in death on March 26, 2008.

Survivors include three sons, Lane (Brenda) Tawzer of Horton, Kansas, Ed (Mariah) Tawzer of Everest, Kansas and Roy Tawzer of Horton, Kansas; three daughters, Susan Entrikin of Manhattan, Kansas, Carrie Tawzer of Frankfort, Kansas and Amanda Edwardson of Florida; one sister, Barbara Moore of Morrill, Kansas; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The family will greet friends on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas from 10:00 to 12:00. Inurnment will be at the Mount Hope Cemetery in Hiawatha, Kansas.
