FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS- Juanita Mae Zwonitzer, 79 of Flower Mound, TX passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at her home. She was born March 2, 1936 in Hiawatha, KS, the daughter of Clayton and Flo (Anderson) Wark.

          Juanita graduated from Denison High School in 1954. She began her career as a successful sales representative for Beeline Fashion. She then discovered her talent and passion for floral design and interior decorating. With the help of her supportive husband, she owned a successful silk flower shop in Southern California. Juanita had lived in the following states, Kansas, Florida, Virginia, New Jersey, California and Texas.

          She enjoyed dancing, socializing and spending time with her family. She had a passion for animals, especially dogs. Juanita also had a green thumb. She loved spending time in her garden and tending to her flowers and plants.

          Juanita married Robert “Bob” Zwonitzer on December 11, 1955 in North Carolina.  He survives of the home. Other survivors include a daughter, Robin Ganino (Vic) of Austin, TX and 2 grandchildren, Kaley Ganino of Orlando, FL and Tony Ganino of Plano, TX.

          She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton and Flo Wark; a sister, Bev and a brother, Jim.

          Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Alzheimers Assoc.
