Mildred H. “Millie” Morley, 83, Atchison, Kansas died Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Mount St. Scholastica Infirmary.

Mass of Christian burial will be Thursday, June 10, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph’s Church with Abbot Barnabas Senecal, OSB as celebrant.  Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be Thursday, June 10th from 9:30 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the church.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Mount St. Scholastica and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom the final arrangements have been entrusted.  Online condolences may be left at www.arensbergpruett.com.

Millie was born May 15, 1932 in Atchison, Kansas the daughter of Leo and Hilda Geisen Pucka.  She attended St. Benedict’s Elementary School, graduating from Mount St. Scholastica Academy.
She and Thomas P. “Pat” Morley were united in marriage on November 8, 1952 at St. Benedict’s Church and enjoyed sixty two years of life together.  Mr. Morley preceded his wife in death on May 11, 2015.
Millie served as a dental receptionist for the offices of Dr. Scimeca, Dr. Fritz and Dr. Gordon, retiring after twenty five years of service.

She was a member of St. Benedict Parish.

Survivors include a son, Kevin M. (Marlene) Morley, Leavenworth, KS, two daughters, Diane E. (Kevin) Gray, Paola, KS, Patti Moore, El Dorado, KS, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Millie was preceded in death by her twin sister, Sister Mariella Pucka, OSB.
